The bike path is easily accessed at the end of the property's driveway. If you're interested in a leisurely bike ride or a relaxing jog, the path is just steps away.

The house has 4BR & 3BA.  The kitchen was renovated in 2016.  The renovation included cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The homes furnishings, bathrooms, flooring and interior of the property have all been maintained and are in excellent condition.

The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the essentials. There is plenty of room in the kitchen and there is a small bar for serving apps or drinks. The formal dining table seats 6.

The living room is centrally located around the fireplace and a flat screen tv. The windows provide views of the swimming pool, spa and pool deck. 

The pool and the expansive pool deck have been completely renovated. Shade, sun & fun are always abundant. The pool has a sundeck that is great for relaxing. 

The property is Wi-Fi friendly.  The signal is good throughout the property. Televisions are in the living room and guest bedroom.

Please know that all guests are more than welcome to tour the property prior to booking. Prospective guests can even make arrangements for a local relative or friend to tour the property on their behalf.

This property is professionally managed by Heritage Realty Group. Guests have access to maintenance, convenient payment options and very attentive management team. 

Pool/Spa heat is included in the rental rate from June 1 to August 31. Pool/SPA heat is available at an additional charge during the winter, spring and fall.

Sea Pines is where it all started on Hilton Head Island. Sea Pines is a destination where residents and nature live in harmony. Instead of clear cutting land, building homes and then planting trees within the community, residences were carefully built within the mature landscape.
